At Lucky Scooters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pro scooter gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items back in their original Lucky Scooters packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and hardware are included.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
